Vegan Calcium Foods

We have been indoctrinated to think that in order to build our bones and to raise healthy families that we need animal-based calcium particularly from dairy products. Long term research shows dairy products are not healthy calcium sources, and in fact the countries with the highest dairy consumption have the most bone loss in their people.
