These past two years have been such an inspiring time in my life. In the beginning of 2021, I decided to follow the path to vibrant health by incorporating a raw whole food plant-based diet, and it has served me more than I knew it would. Learning and implementing new habits and surrounding myself with people who motivate me has been key. During 2022, I was addicted to the quality of life I was experiencing, free from health issues…so I decided to continue my education on nutrition with my mentor and teacher (Karen Ranzi @superhealthyraw on Instagram), getting certified as a raw vegan health coach. Learning delicious recipes, the dangers of toxic foods, and how raw fruits and vegetables work symbiotically with our bodies. I am so grateful to be able to learn from a pioneer in the raw food movement. By the end of 2022, I moved to the tropics to immerse myself in the abundance of fresh fruit and local organic produce. This was a dream come true and opened my eyes to how powerful this lifestyle can be. Now I am motivated to share this knowledge with people who are looking to lead a healthy lifestyle.
